Before Your Appointment
To ensure your selections appointment is as smooth and efficient as possible, please provide us with the necessary information in advance. This allows our team to be fully prepared and ready to assist you when you arrive.
Once you have booked your consultation, please supply the following via email:
- Digital copies of your house plans and a drawing of the façade.
- Any covenant/restrictions on your land.
- Any inspiration materials such as photos of homes you like.
- Your selected style from the CSR Style quiz.
- Your shortlisted bricks.
Please remember to bring any swatches or samples with you on the day.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
Please allow an hour for your appointment. We recommend to arrive a little early so you can browse the products.
Firstly, our design team member will review your house plans, any building covenants, photos and support material with you so you can ensure we are all clear about any restrictions, must haves or deal breakers, and any products and colours you’re drawn to.
Your design team member will work with you to select your entire external colour scheme. This means that when you leave you will have chosen your bricks, roofing, gutter and fascia, window frames and garage doors
Your design team member will record all your selections and send them directly to your builder and provide you with a copy of your selections.
