The Brookside 37 AL needed to maintain that fresh “new home” look, while its exterior had to deliver instant street appeal and withstand Queensland’s tough climate. At the front, PGH Stone’s Natural Fieldstone in Silver Peak makes a striking first impression with its authentic, textural finish. Its natural beauty instantly adds character and warmth, while being durable enough to stand up to Queensland’s tough climate. This means families get the look of real stone with the reassurance of low maintenance.

Along the sides and rear, PGH Bricks in Flannel Grey carry that same modern look right around the home. Their soft texture and neutral tone balance perfectly with the stonework, creating a cohesive exterior that feels timeless. To complete the exterior palette, Cemintel cladding in Territory Woodlands Grey Gum was chosen for its earthy tones and versatility.
