The Brief

When the client, who has worked with Diaz Homes across multiple builds, secured their dream block of land, they immediately engaged the team to bring the vision of their dream home to life. Their decision to continue partnering with Diaz Homes was rooted in two key values: transparency and an easy, enjoyable working relationship. This foundation allowed the project to evolve seamlessly over time, ensuring the final home remained true to their vision.

Central to the architectural direction was the desire to create a home grounded in wellness. Drawing inspiration from modern luxury residences in northern New South Wales and south‑east Queensland, the design weaves together natural light, calming tones and a soft, contemporary material palette. The exterior uses a blend of mixed materials including cladding and stone, anchored by PGH’s Morada Blanco Linear brick, chosen for both its aesthetic appeal and strong brand reputation. The Morada brick is available in a standard brick and slender linear size, Diaz Homes opted for the latter to add an extra layer of sophistication to the build.
