The Mandolong gateway-site boutique apartment development located in the heart of Mosman village. The four storey design formalises a street wall in response to vertical rhythms and divisions found in the existing building fabric along Military Road. 

The development uses formal and material variation to establish a cohesive "street wall". The use of PGH Mowbray Blue Dry-Pressed bricks give the façade a sophisticated finish while the operable louvres provide a visual effect that changes through the day into the evening.
