Carleton Estate, a residential development in Summer Hill, Sydney, named after the original Victorian-era mansion constructed in 1883. Restoring Carleton to its stables, Kennedy Associates Architects have converted the build into residential and community uses, recreating their park life setting and providing 70 units in two new five-storey buildings.
